The Bell Building was completed in 1908 as a mixed-use property at 10 West Boscawen Street, half a block from the Loudoun Street walking mall. Like many of its neighbors, it has done several jobs over the years — a hardware merchant on the ground floor, a tailor's shop, a print operation, professional offices upstairs.
Today the ground floor is leased to a long-tenured retailer, and the second floor has been thoughtfully converted into ten private offices. The conversion preserved the original hardwood floors, brick interior walls, transom windows, and trim wherever possible — and added what a modern practice actually needs: per-office mini-split A/C, restored radiator heat, and GloFiber-ready service.
The result is a small, deliberately quiet building suited to professionals who want their place of work to feel like a place, not a workstation.

Standard leases run 24 to 36 months. We are not a co-working space and do not offer day-rate or hot-desk arrangements. Offices are leased to a single tenant or firm at a time.
Subleasing is permitted with advance written approval. Pets are not permitted in the building. Quiet hours apply after 7 PM out of consideration for neighboring residential tenants.
